The staff was very helpful at the Hampton Inn New Albany location, particularly the person who checked us in. Our room was clean; however, the bed was not complete. There were clean sheets folded neatly on the bed, but the bed was not made. We were promptly helped by the front desk staff member, who seemed to be working alone. She was apologetic and made our bed herself.

Hotel was very clean and Staff was very kind. Room door and bathroom door were both messed up you had to push hard and pull up the get them to shut. We had room 224 and could hear music faintly at night it turned out it was coming from the lobby underneath the room. Usually if just turn the AC fan to on to drown out the sound but fan on wasn't an options only high or low fan. Pool was closed for maintenance. Also no mini fridge in the room which I thought was odd. Great location.

Sadly the pool was closed. I could hear the highway from our room and overlooked that there wasn’t a fridge. Overall the room and hotel were clean, great breakfast and comfortable beds.
