"NEVER GO TO VILLA PLAT!!! First trip to Croatia and very very dissapointed by the way some (especially in Villa Plat) are treating their customers. You need to be alert on every single detail because their only goal is to rob you. Airport transfer, cleaning fees they ask while they are not cleaning the room. I'm really pissed. "

"Alles war so wie es beschrieben wurde. Das Gelände war sehr sauber und übersichtlich, zudem wurden wir von einem sehr zuvorkommenden Eigentümer empfangen. Er war stets hilfsbereit, ebenso hat er uns diverse Empfehlungen gegeben (Touren etc.) Das Obst und Gemüse von ihm war lecker und frisch. Der Pool am Tag und der Whirlpool am Abend waren sehr schön, ebenso ist die Lage vollkommen akzeptabel da man alles in 10 min mit dem Auto erreichen kann. Alles in Allem war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt...

"Dominik war immer erreichbar und immer zur stelle wenn man ihn brauchte. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Es fehlte an nichts. Der pool war das Highlight für die Kinder, aber auch für uns. Das Wasser reicht locker für den ganzen Tag und beide Wohnungen sind Klimatisiert so das man angenehm schlafen kann. Es liegt eher abseits so das man auf ein Auto angewiesen ist. In allem hat uns der Urlaub sehr gut gefallen."

"Wir waren 9 Erwachsene im Alter zwischen 18 und 21 Jahren. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Obwohl der Vermieter im Erdgeschoss wohnte, hatten wir viel Privatsphäre und wurden nicht gestört, auch wenn wir bis in die frühen Morgenstunden gefeiert haben. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und kam uns mit einigen Geschenken entgegen, was wir sehr nett fanden. Bei der Kommunikation gab es allerdings ein paar Probleme aufgrund der Sprachbarriere. "We had a great holiday staying at Ana's villa. Very friendly welcome, super clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The garden and pool area are very private as the neighbouring house was not occupied. About 15 minutes by car from Zadar, the coast at Sukosan and the lake at Posedarje. (the roads are excellent) Would thoroughly recommend Villa Andu!"

The property was even better than the pictures make it look. The house is new, built well, right next to the sea, has private parking, and all the amenities you'd need. "Es ist eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, alles ist wirklich so wie auf den Bildern. Der Eigentümer ist sehr nett und hilft einem wo er nur kann. Steht mit Rat und tat immer zur Verfügung. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Immer wieder gerne auf einen neuen Urlaub."

"Es gibt wirklich nichts zu bemängeln. Das Haus war genau wie auf den Bildern abgebildet! Noch dazu waren die Vermieter extrem freundlich, standen uns bei Fragen immer zur Verfügung und haben uns sogar mit frischem Obst und Gemüse aus eigenem Anbau versorgt. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen und auch die Nachbarn waren sehr nett. Ein Auto ist zwar ein muss, aber damit erreicht man dann auch alles was das Herz begehrt: Nationalparks, Strände, Zadar, etc."

"Not our best stay in Croatia. We spent one night in room 7. The room did not have any shower products. Towels were included but one seemed dirty. The upstairs loft area, seemed not to be cleaned for a while and full of dust. The double bed on the main floor was clean. Apartment right by the road. We had to close windows to prevent road noise. Weak somewhat noisy AC unit. Small room, but they have made efficient use of it. We did not try the breakfast as it seemed basic for the cost. Parking...
