Not far from city center or university of Torino. Room is clean and spacious. Kitchen is convenient and with Italian Moka pot. Fridge could be a little noisy in the evening. Overall, excellent for the price!
Comfortable and spacious rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. It is easy to find parking, and the property is within walking distance (20 minutes) from the center.

It is very much a dorm. Bring earplugs. Room was quite large with a small kitchenette. Decent condition. Staff was quite helpful.
The studio is nice and spacious. I was travelling alone and the bed is a bit wider than 1 person bed, so that was nice.
The studio is very clean with a small kitchen.
I arrived in the evening and the area was not close to the trainstation (45 min walk), but there’s a bus that goes there (25 min)
It was only a one night stay, but overall it looked fine. The check-in staff was friendly, but didn’t do more than he was asked to. After check in I wanted to ask if there’s some food options in the area but he was already walking towards the staff only room again.
Great stay for one night!
Great value for money, highly recommend. Only thing is it is a bit outside of the city but public transport is easy.

Not well connected with public transportation. It’s a student dorm, so it doesn’t have all the facilities an hotel would have (eg, a bar). Also, rooms are not really soundproof, I’ve heard noises in the early morning. However, the studio was big and quite new. Good price/quality ratio overall.
Very large room with high ceilings everything felt clean maybe the grout in the bathroom wasn't perfect but I'm not complaining and the TV had some block on it where I couldn't read from my USB and casting didn't work. Tea machine didn't work right but I got refund. They have billiards!

Noisy
It was clean and nicely appointed but the walls are paper thin, it’s really noisy with students and a pickle ball court outside.
The hotel is very noisy and we could hardly sleep. It doesn't matter how big the room is. The worst thing is that it's not really a hotel but student accommodation. Not because of the students but because they have to put up with the noise every day.
Very few dishes in the kitchen and quite dirty as no washing-up liquid or sponge are provided to clean them up. Bring some to make sure you can make yourself a coffee in a clean mug! The reception has been helpful to get a new pan clean enough to boil some water. Otherwise, rooms are modern. Some maintenance wouldn't hurt. The area is very quiet as the hotel is located outside the centre of Torino.
