Nonetheless, once you’re in, it is AMAZING. Let’s start with the cleaning staff, such kind and wonderful people, also the guy at the front desk is super cool and helpful. You cannot beat the location, I’ve stayed in Turin multiple times and this is by far the best location I’ve found. The room was top notch and always clean. So even if the check-in was complex, I’m still giving it 5 starts because of all the other perks.
