The room was right on the Reali Square. Windows were huge, high ceiling with frescos, spacious, clean. What a treat.

I must say that the place is well-hidden and it was hard to find, which caused some frustration, especially with my daughter and mother out in the cold, I think you could make it easier for guests to check-in. Nonetheless, once you’re in, it is AMAZING. Let’s start with the cleaning staff, such kind and wonderful people, also the guy at the front desk is super cool and helpful. You cannot beat the location, I’ve stayed in Turin multiple times and this is by far the best location I’ve found. The room was top notch and always clean. So even if the check-in was complex, I’m still giving it 5 starts because of all the other perks. Now that I know the drill, I will certainly stay here in my next Torino trip.

Couldn’t fault it at all!

Our stay at this small boutique hotel in the middle of Turin was fantastic! From the perfect communication leading up to our visit with the lovely Juliana to the gorgeous huge room, the little balcony that was so cute to the hot and huge shower, this venue was the best so far on our trip to Italy.

Perfect location in the city center. Basic room with large bathroom ( exclusively for you) next door. Friendly and helpful staff. As the receptionist is only during day time mostly on phone. But as all doors etc can be remotely opened this was ok. As a basic room my room was not well suited for work. Check if others have better chairs/ desk. Some noice from the plaza - but good aircon and isolated windows - so no problem Recommended

Staff were very helpful and very nice, location is great, very central for restaurants, sight seeing, pubs and bars. Hotel room big and bright, unfortunately hotel decided to remove curtains from room for cleaning which left us with little privacy and bright nights.

Beautiful palazzo overlooking Piazza as described by other reviews. Slight negative is the check in. We travel with internet but not necessarily mobile roaming, and check in requires phone calls for access when staff are offsite. Thankfully a local in the building helped us 😀 but was a bit awkward. Overall lovely place clean and modern, full of character. Would love to stay again. Thanks

We stayed in this amazing property for 3 nights and the view was amazing our room had 3 balconys looking over the Piazza. It was an experience I will never forget. I would like to thank Valentina and Juliana for all the help they gave us during our stay, they went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed assistance with. I would highly reccomend this property.

Great price for comfort and location

Great locatio! Interior room has a tiny outdoor sitting area w no view but it’s very quiet. Comfy, safe, little kitchen with enough tools to self cater. Check in and bag storage were easy. Just scroll on the doorbell menu and push the bell button to call up (previous reviewers had trouble but it was fine). There are free water and snacks and a nice deal for hotel guests for breakfast at a cafe around the corner. There’s no nighttime service or access to extras like towels or more toilet paper so ask for anything you need before the desk clerks leave for the night. Overall a pleasant and fun stay.

Beautiful, central, highly recommend

We were staying here as the last stop on our inter rail trip to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary. Out welcome was perfect we were given lots of information about where to see and go in Turin and the receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment was beautiful, it has the real wow factor. Two balconies overlooking the square- with its palace and museum, a kitchen with utensils, and just wonderful, beautiful decor - we loved the high ceiling and vintage finish. Extremely spacious room. The bathroom and attached dressing room were fantastic too. Perfectly placed in the centre of Turin and easy to get to and from train station and other transport. Highly recommend. We loved our stay here.
