"So the pluses are a central location and a clean apartment. On the down side you have to pay €40 for someone to meet you with a key if you get in late (even if due to a delayed flight). The communication on this isn’t on the Hotels.com website. The place smells of used fat and stale ciggarette smoke and it’s tiny and tricky to get suitcases through narrow corridors. "Great position in centre, with underground parking. Spacious room and hotel in general. Above all the honesty of the staff. We inadvertently left a bag with both our laptops on the garage floor when we left! It was kept safe for us until we were able to return and everything was there. So special thanks to the garage staff and Claudio at reception in particular. Not everyone would have been so honest. Many thanks and we’ll be back! "
