"Check in was at 3 we arrived and had to wait for the host to text us the code after trying for hrs to get in contact with her. Once we got inside there were visible stains on the walls and rugs, the back porch had a whole mattress and box spring and old trash blocking the back door, dirty laundry was left in the laundry room, a vape and socks were under the bed, and if the icing on the cake was when a whole different group showed up trying to get access because our lovely hostess double booked...

"The Cedar Hill Cottage was perfect for our trip. The personal touches to make our stay comfortable were thoughtful and appreciated. We came in to a clean, well decorated home with an informative book of helpful tips for the home and the area! They also left us some honey and eggs from their farm. "We had a lovely stay. House was clean, very spacious and new with nice finishes and furnishings. Neighborhood was serene, quiet and we felt safe. Easy to check in and out. Hosts were communicative and the whole process went smoothly. Just a few notes… The air conditioner/heating units were right outside the primary bedroom window. The units are loud and cycled on and off all night. So if you stay in there, bring ear plugs. Kitchen was fairly well stocked but no mixing bowls and only one dish...

"This was a great place to land while we searched for a home to buy in Fayetteville. It felt like our home away from home. Very comfortable and quiet. Very well stocked! Even our teenagers liked it. Their rooms were on the other side of the house from the primary suite. We even wound up extending our stay, and we have another few weeks here. :)"
