“Very nice, specious and clean hotel, especially for families that need space. There is a shopping mall (istanbul forum) right next to the hotel with a supermarket on the ground floor and also a big food court on the 3rd floor. There is also a metro literally 2 minutes walk to go into the central places in istanbul. Taxis are also always about if you need to go places. The guy at reception during the daytime called Waseem is a top guy and a gem at this hotel. Very knowledgeable and very open to……

Vom Empfang bis zum Check-out verlief alles absolut stressfrei und professionell, wir haben uns während des gesamten Aufenthalts sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. “Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel, Wir durften mit einer Selbstverständlichkeit 5 Stunden früher einchecken das haben wir noch nie erlebt auch das aus checken erfolgte mehrere Stunden später da wir nicht wussten wohin mit den Koffern. Die Klima hat nicht funktioniert was für uns aber kein Thema war, da es mit dem lüften hervorragend geklappt hat. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!”

“The hotel itself was good and the second room we received was comfortable, but the overall experience was disappointing because of the poor customer service. The air conditioner in our original room was not working, so I contacted the reception for help. Unfortunately, the staff were rude and unwilling to assist us, repeatedly saying that no other rooms were available. After struggling for hours in an uncomfortable room, I finally had a serious argument with the manager in the lobby around 11……

“Good location and facilities But less than 5 star standard Room’s walls were not sound protected and you seem there is no wall between rooms 😅 In top floor also you can hear sound of lift motor and other devices. Mostly guests are coming from clinics which is in contract with hotel. So you may feel you are in hospital. 😰 Poor and constant breakfast every day.”

“Room was ok, nothing special but good be improved. With price i paid i cant complain. If i had paid what hotel was charging then yes i could see areas of complaint like window kept opening as lock not working, noodles in kettle so not been cleaned from previous customers. You get what u paid for so i dont have complaints. Staff were brilliant. Very friendly. Would defo use hotels.com again. Great price and good communications”
