“The room is nice but the furniture is old( closets…). The lighting inside the room was very dull and not enough. No vanity mirror in the bedroom, no tv in the bedroom, no smart tv, very basic kitchen utensils.”

“It was a clean and very well designed hotel. They have welcoming warm atmosphere. All I complain is expensive breakfast price! Other than that it was a great hotel.”

“Vess hotel great value for money , location is perfect for travelling around Istanbul, the Metro is 8mins walk , Yusef on the main desk was the most helpful and humbling person you could meet, any question he had an answer , made our stay so much easier with his knowledge of the area. Only criticism is breakfast is the same everyday , a slight change would be better on a daily basis. We will stay again for sure .👌”

“The room key are not working everyday, i need to get down to the lobby and make it work. Location is just in the cross of high ways so the traffic is really really bad, i wouldnt choose this hotel again”

“Çalışanları samimi ve yardımsever. Ama otel kozmetik ve bakımı çok iyi değil.”

“Our stay in Room 205 was quite average due to recurring maintenance and service shortcomings. The provided remote did not match the AC unit, so every time we needed it turned on, we had to call reception or manually reach the button on the ceiling. The Gym was okay they provided towel but the pool was not supervised and kids were eating inside the pool. Housekeeping was equally disappointing: despite asking repeatedly, our bed sheets were not changed once throughout our six-day stay. The room……

“Not to bad”

“The Hotel is a nice place to stay, not much around there, but a 15 minute walk takes you to a main st ,which has a couple of restaurants with Turkish food, about 30$ aud for 2 of us being conservative.”

“房間很大，床很舒服，大廳服務生親切，只是附近餐廳較少”

“For a family this was perfect. The place is 5 min walk from 212 outlet mall and a small taxi ride from Istanbul mall. Kitchen was useful and kids loved the pool it was accessible every day for families except Tuesday and thousands from 11 to 4pm for ladies only. We also had access tot the gym. It has a small supermarket just under the apartment which was super useful. We stayed 4 days. Reception staff were useful especially with booking taxis and directions.”
