This hotel is connect to the airport by a glass walkway. It's only a couple minutes walk to the departure area. You can also access the train station via this same walkway. Staff at the reception area were friendly and efficient. Our rooms were comfortable and very clean. We didn't have breakfast before our early flight, but the breakfast was available, and included, at 4am. I'd highly recommend the Helsinki Clarion Airport." It is the downtown. Right in it. Lots of choices. Courtyard room was very quiet. The HOTEL BREAKFAST WAS THE BEST I’VE EVER HAD! (Yes it deserves capital letters). Great food, choices, Finnish traditional, and others with just Finnish flare. Hot and cold. Fresh in house baked bread. Fresh juices. 5 days and I ate different every day. Great breakfast space. Relaxed. Didn’t crowd. Great staff and lots of them. Food was always fresh, hot, and kept up. Clearing of dishes and cleanliness was on it. Never wanting. Without a doubt worth it. Honestly, I usually skip hotel breakfast, even if it’s included. I Wouldn’t skip on this. Great way to start the day. Best I’ve ever had. Hotel bar was nice, nice vibe. Attracts people not staying in the hotel, which is always a good sign. Food from bar was very good too. Overall great stay. Would recommend to friends, and would for sure stay again. Didn't try the bar. Room was clean and tidy but small. One pillow on each bed which was small, soft and thin making an uncomfortable night - maybe we could have got more from Reception but we were on the 7th floor. No tea/coffee facilities in the room but free drinks at the bar downstairs - again didn't try it. Breakfast was great though, self-service with lots of choice and variety, and good quality. However, we had to go to the Clarion Hotel next door for it, it was not in the Comfort Hotel. Glad we took our bags with us to go straight to the airport check-in afterwards."
