Stayed here whilst road tripping across the USA. We had one night. The room had what appeared to of been fresh stain on the floor. It got on our clothes and luggage. At check out they said to speak to the manager but they weren’t available and asked us to email her. Which we did. No response after two weeks. No apology either. I have since tried to call and no response and Hotels.com couldn’t even reach them. I expect a full refund for this. The room cost $169 which isn’t cheap. Look forward to seeing a response on here maybe? Maybe not?
