3rd Floor. Great Views! Steps to the pool and beach. Waterfront complex.

This beautiful condo is located on the 3rd floor of the A Building in Savannah Beach & Racquet Club. The complex is on the north end of the island. It is a more quiet area of the beach. Great for a relaxing vacation! The complex offers a large pool with an attached small wading pool for little ones. Plenty of seating and umbrellas around the pool for you to use. There is a private boardwalk to the beach.

Watch the ships come in and out of the Savannah port. During the shrimping season, you will see the shrimp boats in the bay. And a lot of our guests are lucky enough to be able to watch the dolphins play. The waves are not as big as they are mid to south island so it's perfect for those with smaller children. There are no lifeguards on the northern end of the beach so keep an eye on young or inexperienced swimmers. The beach area is not as crowded as the beach around the pier on the south end... much more relaxing.

By the Sea condo is furnished with all you will need to enjoy a great Tybee Island beach vacation. There is a comfy queen size bed in the bedroom. There are two built-in bunks in the hallway that are smaller than twin size. Not big enough for adults but the little ones love them!

There is a full kitchen with a dishwasher, pots & pans, plates, silverware, a K-cup coffee maker, and a drip coffee maker.

The living room has a 46" TV to catch up on the news after enjoying a beautiful sunset from the beach.
