Friends Trip Tybee 2025

Great location near beach, food and shopping. No noise at night. Clean area. Super nice pool! AC worked great as it was HOT. Would recommend and book again.

Great spot

We loved being so close to the beach, restaurant and pools. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed, washer/dryer on site was a great plus! The shower door in the master wouldn’t stay closed, but aside from that, this was a wonderful place!

We had no issues. Property manager had good communication and great notes. Pool and The Deck were top notch! If we came back to Tybee Island, we would stay again.

Great Tybee location.

Wonderful location on Tybee north of "town". Easy walk down to main part of town - and we are in our mid 50s. Restaurant on site is great. pool area

Great beach town

Perfect beach location! Lovely property with covered parking and an elevator that made it easy to access the 2nd floor unit. Enjoyed the Deck Restaurant next door. Will be back!

Our Annual Tybee Island teip

We would definitely stay here again. Overall 4 rating because of the inability to lock the sliding glass door on the balcony. When we notified the host via VRBO method, they did not receive the memo. Hence, the 4 on communication. The locksmith was to repair the lock the morning we left. The condo does need a cutting board, and needs to have the master shower door repaired (does not close all the way). Our second year at this location (not same unit). We love it!

Great location!

This house was clean and comfortable, as well as close to everything. The instructions for finding the place and parking could have been a little clearer. Thankfully there were some lovely ladies outside that pointed us in the right direction.

Condo was nice, had everything we needed. Master shower door doesn't shut all the way but not a problem as long as you're careful. Nice views of ocean and sunrise if you don't want to walk to the beach. Nice restaurant on site.

Nice condo, everything we needed was there and then some. Nice view of the beach and ocean. Only things that could be an issue, but aren't really would be shower door doesn't close all the way, could use another towel bar in master bath and maybe shower heads that detach. Nice restaurant on site (great fried shrimp!)

A little slice of heaven!

It was great. Very clean, fantastic comfy beds and beautiful views from the balcony. I am a diehard fan person for sleeping at night and forgot mine and they had one in the closet which I was so very thankful ! Highly recommend! The Deck restaurant was also delicious and very convenient ❤️

Love Tybee

We had a great time staying at the Vue, the Deck had great food and the weather was great. Great view of the pool area from the deck as well as the ocean. There were a couple of small issues such as low water pressure in the shower, the microwave light would not go off and you could not shut the dishwasher door completely or it would start running. Also every other day the internet would go down for several hours which was the biggest annoyance. But most of it were small issues and we would definitely stay here again. I always have to visit the Crab Shack for some shrimp Boil when we come too!

Great Stay!

We arrived at Beachside Colony on a Sun evening. Upon arriving, we had some issue with the door/key combination. We were given an alternative code and got in! We were thrilled with the condo. It was spacious, had plenty of bedding and towels for each of my family. I had my aging parents with me and they loved the balcony. The pool area was beautiful and clean. There were plenty of chairs and tables for families too. The condo was well stocked and had all the soaps, laundry soap and dish soap including pods for the dishwasher. The property smelled fresh and clean too. TVs were easy to operate too. Plenty of drawer space for storage. Lovely view of the ocean and watching the cargo ships float by—We will be back!

Pros and cons of Vue 227

We thought 227 was overall a nice property. We loved the view and the location. The grounds are pristine and the people are nice. We felt that the unit could use a really solid cleaning, as it was VERY dusty in some areas. Also, the cable for the bedroom TV'S didn't work. I called the VRBO contact person, but never received a return call. Also, the left sink in the master bedroom doesn't drain. We still enjoyed our stay, but feel the unit needs a little TLC.

Vue 227

The location was great. On-site restaurant was very good. It was advertised as having tv in the bedrooms. However, the service was not working. We tried to contact our host numerous times before finally reaching her. The issue was not resolved the week we were there. The balcony furniture needs updating. The master bath shower door does not close, no water pressure. It was stocked with plenty of items for our stay. Heated pool is not warm. Beautiful view from balcony.

Tybee Beachfront Condo

This was our annual "Girl-Friend" trip. Number 24. Great overall property. Location, right on the beach, 2 pools, great restaurant onsite. Tim's Bikes delivered chairs and bikes right to the property for a reasonable price. Condo was nice although we could not get the TVs in the bedrooms to work no matter how many times we redid the connections, and yes there is Wifi on the property. We think the mattress on the bed in the 2nd bedroom should be replaced. The main bedroom was great. Condo was clean, but we think things like the tops of the cabinets should be done (understand you have 4 women in this condo, we see everything). Was great to have a fridge with an ice maker!! Great view from the balcony. As with everywhere I have stayed, the bathrooms need more towel racks - no where to hang wet towels after your shower, even though there is plenty of wall space. In the end, would stay here again.
