We just returned from a stay at this hotel. It was exactly what we were looking for. We needed something clean, cheap and safe. This hotel supplied all three. It offered a fantastic breakfast, nice size room with a small balcony, clean beds and bathroom, fridge and microwave and a grill outside by the pool. We wanted to go as cheap as possible eating sandwiches and grilling our own food. Again this was perfect for our needs. I personally feel like this was a 2 star hotel because it is an older hotel. It is not a Drury, Hampton or Holiday Inn. I get frustrated when people pay $50 for a room and expect a 5 star. Look at the pictures online. It is exactly as shown. Depending on your needs, I highly recommend this hotel for travelers wanting a clean, friendly atmosphere without a high price tag. My sister is planning a trip in November and has already booked this hotel after our experience.

The staff was very nice. The breakfast was not good at all and we ended up going out for breakfast. Our room was clean, but the bathroom was not. The indoor pool was freezing cold, but clean. The smell of Chlorine gave me a sore throat. All in all, I would recommend it for someone who does not have high expectations.

This hotel seems very new and is very clean with extremely nice staff. It is located in a very nice part of Tyler as well. It was very quiet at nighttime, the bed was very comfortable, and everything about this place seems well maintained. I will use this hotel everytime I go to Tyler.

New hotel, modern, clean, good breakfast. Pool area very nice. Staff friendly. Bedroom very comfortable and although on the ground floor there was no noise so had an undisturbed sleep. Very disappointed with the manager's reception. We had been looking forward to it and the opportunity to socialise. However when we got there all there was available was an opened bottle of rose wine and some soft drinks. Snacks consisted of a very basic salad and some tasteless soup. It was not surprising that few people even bothered to attend. We did enquire whether there was any beer available and was told that the Manager had stopped providing it.

I stayed at the Staybridge for two weeks and really had a pleasant experience. Upon check in, I was greeted with a warm friendly smile and a level of customer experience like no other. They offer a great breakfast with a little of something for anyone's taste buds. Monday- Wednesday they provide complimentary tapas with could serve as a dinner, along with beer and wine!
This place is great for families and individuals on a business trip!
