“The room was clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. It was safe although near a busy intersection so rather noisy. The staff were sweet, courteous and genuine. I recommend the hotel heartily though it is not a luxurious or expensive sort of hotel. It’s SAFE for a solo traveler. ”

Its staff is fantastic, the hotel is clean and comfortable, great bed, no stains or crappy sheets, fantastic water pressure in the shower. Even the breakfast selection was fresh and warm and the area was clean and picked up.. This hotel was fantastic!!”

“Helpful staff”

“The room was clean but there was a very strong marijuana odor outside the rooms. Also, the front desk called the room to, very rudely, tell us only two people were allowed in the room. We were there for a funeral and were trying to be with family. They weren’t staying the night, just visiting, but it was a surprise and just didn’t sit well with us; it felt like we were being constantly being watched. ”

“This hotel is terrible. The elevator is not working, the driveway is broken apart. And the swimming pools were a cesspool of filthy water and garbage! I mentioned this to the manager and he said that everything was disclosed in their website! I checked and they have not been truthful. I couldn’t leave fast enough.”

“It was okay enough. Rooms did the job and they were decent. We had a rough time checking in... The front desk lady kept saying we hadn't paid, even though we had the receipt and proof of transaction on our cards. Finally, she just let us go on but we couldn't have access to any wifi and such. It was annoying, but we were on there to sleep, so I just let it be.”

“There was water stains on the walls and stains on the lobby furniture. The pool and hot tub were digusting is was swap water at best. They charged me for the room even though I paid theu expedia still waiting on a refund. Every day we had to reset our key cards to get in the room and they said it was because of house keeping and even when I denied service to the room we had to register our key card again staff was very rude. When asked questions it was like I had bothered them and the "manager*……
