"Tracey & Mark were lovely, very attentive. Boho suite was smaller than expected felt a bit closed in due to lack of views/light from windows. The other rooms were beautiful though. They had lovely linen and wines for sale also. Nice location in Tokai. Would go again. "

The pictures do it very little justice. They offer breakfast every morning and it was very tasty. The property was extremely clean and quiet. "This property was not at all what I expected. There was a thousand stairs to the guesthouse which is terrible. This was not mentioned on the website Our room showed a view but there was a big tree in front of the view. The toilet in the room was enclosed with such a small space that the door could not be closed. No tea or coffee facilities in the room with only a communal kitchen. The room was clean but there was not even soap in the room as expected. Will not make use or recommend this quest house to anyone."
"The accommodation is luxurious and beautiful. We certainly felt pampered and welcome. The special touches are numerous and the staff members are clearly trained to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Breakfast was extensive, served with a view of the lush garden which is filled with tropical plants and trees. Plants and greenery are found throughout the hotel which makes for a wonderful feel. The only minor issue was the non functioning TV, which they we aware of, but the technical support staff member was not available to attend to it during our stay. "
