“Could be my favourite hotel. Ever. The staff(owners) are lovely. Gave a tour of the wine cellar which was SPECTACULAR! Like a cathedral. The decor was brilliantly done. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The room was beautifully decorated w all new fixtures. The garden patio was out of a movie. Beds were king size and perfect. I have never stayed in a hotel with more attention to detail. And the town is the most perfect medieval town I have seen in France. We had dinner at Henri IV square……

“已經信用卡完成付費，訂了2個房間。當晚9:30到達旅館，員工已下班，必須自助入住，但自助入住的機器壞掉，根本無法自助check in。 旅館有電話但完全無法連絡旅館相關人士。 當晚不只我們無法入住，還有其他旅客也遭遇相同情形。 我們只好摸黑另外付費找旅館，到了將近晚上12:00才成功找到住宿。 感覺差勁透了！應該要退費並補償有此遭遇的旅客。”

“Sadly we didn't get to spend much time around the hotel as we had so much planned, however it was in a beautiful setting and the morning continental breakfast was lovely. The family room we booked felt a little tired in places and could do with a little TLC/maintenance just to bring it back up to standard. There was half a curtain missing in the living room, which we'd been told was fixed when we came back in the evening, but it was still missing. In the end we managed to pull the outdoor……

“We only spent one night in Chantilly: great location - center of town, near market, near chateau. The facility was very clean, the room and the bed were comfortable. The staff and the breakfast were amazing! The staff was very friendly and helpful. As for the breakfast: it was great! Thank you!”

“The place was really a pleasant surprise. However I didn't like that the door to the room was downstairs. Safety issue the doors should have more security on them. The kids thought it was the coolest thing ever. It was also difficult to get a Uber to the airport. I didn't interact with staff in person. However I was so happy they sent me a message on how to check in. That check-in process was really easy and cool.”

“We only stayed for 1 night, but I would have loved to stay longer. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, the restaurant and bar were great, food was amazing, prices were on par with area. We booked the room with sofa beds that sleep six. We are a family of 5 and were greeted to all 5 beds being prepared for us. A much appreciated gesture after a full day at Parc Asterix. Also very close to the Parc Asterix and CDG.”

“The hotel is quite nice—very clean, and the bed is very comfortable. The front desk staff are warm and welcoming. The room features a really impressive large TV, around 85 inches. The only downside is that the breakfast selection is somewhat limited.”
