"Hotel des Grauen von Anfang bis Ende. Angekommen nach fast 6 Stunden Fahrt treffen wir auf eine verlassene Rezeption wo eine Telefonnummer hinterlegt war, die gar nicht funktioniert hat. Dann haben wir eine knappe Stunde gewartet bis wir Zimmer eins bekommen haben. Deluxe Suite. Fenstergriff kaputt eiskalt weil das Fenster offen war, die Heizungen funktionierten gar nicht. Von Deluxe nichts zu merken. Kleiner als ein Schuhkarton. Also Zimmer zwei bekommen eine reine Zeitreise. Staubfänger...

"Stayed here a few times now for work trips. Upon arrival, the reception was unmanned, and we were instructed to go to the DORMERO Bergström to check in. While I understand this is an operational requirement, the queue was significant, leaving the lone staff member on duty under immense pressure as they attempted to manage the surge of arrivals single-handedly. It was clear that the staffing levels provided by management were inadequate for the volume of guests. Furthermore, when I requested an iron and ironing board, items I have successfully accessed here in the past, I was informed that the entire supply for the building had been relocated to the other hotel. When I asked if one could be retrieved, it was explained that this was unlikely. It is frustrating to see basic amenities prioritised elsewhere at the expense of guests at this location"
