Beautiful newly built flat on the first floor of the villa with pool, offers every customer everything they need to spend a holiday in absolute comfort and relaxation.
The location is excellent, sunny and quiet.
Furnished in a modern style with much love and attention to detail.
The jewel of this flat is the spacious terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, parasol and a marvellous view of the surrounding nature.
The villa offers a fenced car park, a 10 x 4 m swimming pool with outdoor shower, parasols, sun loungers, barbecue with table and benches in the shade of the mighty olive tree.
Perfect for those who love order, peace and privacy.
There are two flats in the villa, one for two and the other for a maximum of 4 people.

The flat has two bedrooms with double bed, wardrobe, one of the bedrooms has an exit to the terrace, bed linen available (weekly change), bathroom with shower, washing machine, bidet, WC, washbasin with cabinet and mirror, hairdryer, wardrobe, ironing board, iron, clothes horse, bath towels two per person available (weekly change). In the corridor there is a workstation for the use of the PC. The living area has an equipped kitchen with a three-burner gas hob and an electric hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, the living area has a sofa bed for 1 person, shelves, air conditioning, free WIFI internet connection, from the living area the exit to the large terrace equipped with dining table and chairs, two deckchairs. From the terrace you have a marvellous and relaxing view of the surrounding countryside. In the fenced courtyard there is the pool area equipped with sun loungers, parasols, outdoor shower, the garden, the barbecue with dining table and bellies, the car park, the vegetable garden, all for common use with the customers of the house. The public sandy beach is suitable for families with children only 800 m away, the restaurant 200 m, grocery shop 1 km. Enjoy your holiday in this special and comfortable place with your family or friends. The area of Savudrija was already known to the ancient Romans as an ideal area for the treatment of lung diseases thanks to the numerous pine trees and the clean air and sea. The flat is located in a small village Volparija near the centre of Bašanija, where you can find a bakery, restaurants, bars, a post office and a small supermarket. In the neighbourhood you can admire the oldest lighthouse in the Adriatic, the Savudrija lighthouse. Along the coast there are several bars and restaurants by the sea where you can spend your summer evenings admiring the sea and the beautiful sunsets while savouring delicious wines or Mediterranean dishes. In the centre of Umag, we recommend a visit to the museum, the aquarium, the cathedral, a walk along the famous Umag dam to explore the narrow and interesting streets of the old town, or visit the stalls and, to the delight of the children, the playground on the waterfront. To buy a larger amount of groceries, it is better to walk a few kilometres to the largest and most convenient supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine.

There are various leisure facilities nearby: Tennis courts, the Adriatic Golf Club with 18 holes, horse riding, water sports, night clubs, adrenaline park, mini golf course, fishing. It is also possible to go on various organised excursions by boat or bus. The area is full of renowned restaurants, simple restaurants, pizzerias, fast food restaurants and bars. We recommend visiting the Istrian hinterland for days away from the beach or to spend the evenings. Very interesting the artist village Grožnjan, Motovun the typical medieval town situated on a hill and famous for the film festival that takes place every year at the end of July, the village Livade very famous for its white truffle. For cave lovers, visit the Baredine cave. Don't miss the opportunity to visit Hum, the smallest town in the world, just 60 kilometres from Umag. Also interesting are the places on the coast such as Brijuni NP, Pula, Rovinj and Poreč. Organise various fish picnic boat trips where you have the opportunity to visit Rovinj and Poreč or Novigrad. The day trip by hydrofoil to Venice (if it is possible due to COVID). For the joy of children, a visit to the Istralandia water park 20 km from Umag and the Dinopark in Funtana, where fun is guaranteed. For gourmets, various options for tasting wines, cheeses, olive oil, typical Istrian prosciutto and much more. For organised excursions, we recommend the Trevitours agency, which will also bring the tickets to your home after consultation by phone or with the owner.
