The property is located on a farm. The residence is popular also due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for use: parasol, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture. **Location** Umag, district Materada. The villa is located on a farm, on a enclosed plot, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the property. **Special** Air conditioning, underfloor heating. Internet access (Wi-Fi) and washing machine. Television reception via satellite. **Pool** All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (in operation from mid-April to the end of September, 7 m x 7 m, 1.40 m deep). **Wellness** Attached: Hot tub for 4 people. **Dogs** allowed, EUR 15.00/pet per day. **Distances** Shopping 6 km, restaurant 1000 m, town centre 6 km.
