“The room is very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The blackout curtains are wonderful, however the mattress leaves a lot to be desired. Note the walls are thin so if someone has a 4:30 am alarm they don’t turn off…”

“The room we were originally given was dark and cave-like. The pool was out of service for the first two days of our stay. There was nothing to watch on the TV. We complained and were moved to another room that was better. Still nothing to watch on the TV. I have no idea what cable service they have, but it is terrible. We were promised that we would have one night refunded, but that never happened. My biggest issue came when the pool reopened and we found one of the doors was unlocked. HUGE……

“Good breakfast. Room was not the cleanest and the bathroom fan was not operational which kept the bathroom pretty damp the rest of the day after 4 showers in the morning.”

“Check in was easy, front desk clerk was nice. We had 3 three rooms for the night, and our room didn’t have a good working AC. I notified the front desk and she wasn’t able to move us due to them being full. She contacted the manager and we were told we could get a percentage back on the room if we stayed in it or squeeze into the other rooms with a full refund for our single room.
