We were there in the snowy winter in a street-facing room and the snowplow passed by frequently making sleeping impossible. Not sure if all the rooms were effected. Other than that, the staff was great and the food was very tasty. It's a nice simple place close to the downtown area

Comfortable hotel, dinner included but only one choice if you choose that otherwise 15% off normal menu. Hairdryer and fan worked intermittently. Staff friendly, good safe location.

Really realy bad service

Hotel room is good. Personell service was the worst I have ever seen from any service personell. The people at the breakfast the 9& 11 of juli was more interested in speaking with each other that doing there job, to make sure they filled up on empty breakfast and removed dished from empty tables. Reception was also not interested in the customer. I'm in Umea regularly but will never stay at this hogel acain

The hotel is close the train station and downtown, the hotel is not brand new but room is clean, My stay includes the breakfast and dinner, it's a very good price. Very friendly staffs as well.

Finns ingen elbilsladdare som fungerar i hela city. I p-huset, som dock tillhör kommunen har de inte fungerat på 3 månader. Kanske inte hotellets fel, men personalen var inte speciellt brydd i att det hade varit problem länge. Man måste kunna ladda en elbil vid ett hotell med dessa priser.

Frukosten hade otroligt litet utbud. Pannkakor äggröra och vad som såg ut som kokt bacon fanns i det varma. Sen några olika bröd att välja på. Juicen var konstant slut i något alternativ och disken plockades inte av från de få borden som fanns att sitta vid, vilket gjorde att man fick sitta bredvid högar av disk och bord som var kladdiga. Vi åt endast frukost på våra två nätter och kan således inte kommentera middagen. Vi frågade städpersonalen om en extra kudde men det kunde hon inte hjälpa oss med, utan det var man tvungen att ta med receptionen.

Hotellet var överlag helt OK. Bra ljudisolerade väggar så kan rekommenderas starkt för folk som har svårt att sova pga ljud. Bra gym i anslutning till hotellet. Det största problemet som kan komma är om ni hyr parkering. Garageport öppnas via länk online, men garaget är en bunker utan anslutning till hotellets wi-fi. Hade inte min sambo haft täckning (Telia-nätet) så hade det blivit jobbigt att ta sig ut. Själv har jag Telenor och kunde inte komma åt nätet och öppna garageport där nere
