Arrived at the 4pm check in time… carpets and floors very stained and dirty. Staff stated would try to find another room. Got our room at 8:39pm after dinner with friends. Floors clean but ac did not work. Provided with a fan. Toilet leaked and mold ingrained in sink. Very outdated facility. Looks like nothing much has changed since it was built in the 80s. The manager was very apologetic and stated would do something because of our poor stay. Gave us a 10% discount to the restaurant if we were to eat there. What a joke. Didn’t even cover the taxes. Cannot recommend.

"The pool, hot tub and waterslide was a hit with the kids and kept at a good temperature. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Overall the hotel was good but breakfast was a bit of a disaster with people waiting for over 30-40 minutes to have any of the hot foods, and then told afterwards ..."
