second time staying. It's a big hit with our kids because of the waterslide. Free breakfast is another perk. Good value relative to other options in the area. Staff are very friendly, and provided us with wine glasses when we asked - much appreciated! Free parking and a quick drive to everywhere in Courtenay. Bed was super comfortable.

Was an excellent stay for us ... but for one issue ... one of the two rooms we rented did not have enough hot water for a shower in the evening. We rented a suite which had a separate bedroom and was excellent for our gathering place.

We stayed for 3 nights. When the room was cleaned during the day they never wiped surfaces. The door to our room never closed itself. You physically had to close it. The cleaning staff did not close our door after they were in and we came back to our room with the door open. Anyone could have got in. They advertise amenities on their website but give you no info on them in your room
