“The ladder to the bedroom is very dangerous. I anticipated VRBO would place a strong interest in the safety of guests. Either the access to the 2nd floor is an oversight or safety isn't a core principle of VRBO. The outdoor setting is amazing however, the furniture is stained, unraveling and the cushions have lost all support and comfort.”
