"The hotel suites are roomy and comfortable. We found everything we needed, including pool towels. The kitchenette had plates, bowls, glasses, and utensils, in addition to the microwave and full refrigerator. The office staff ladies were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the pool. It is a good choice in Everglades City. "

"We had a lovely time! The time of year we were down there was all we had, and mosquitos are pretty bad in this area. However, we knew this going it but I guess not warning read on the internet could have prepared us. This how was AMAZING though and a great homebase after all of our activities. My son caught a juvenile goliath grouper and was over the moon!"

"Brought our kayaks and launched from the most tranquil boat ramp. We pulled right up to the water. It was the perfect private escape. I watched dolphins from the chair in the picture during sunrise and sunset with a coffee or drink in hand. We caught redfish, snapper, snook, jack, catfish, trout and a shark! Stingrays raced our kayaks. We walked to a local restaurant and the food was great. The house was clean and beautiful. The host had great communication. We will definitely go back!"

"This was a stay for my 50th bday. Came with my family - 15,12 and 8 to ride off road trails at big cypress, fish and enjoy the everglades. I am a vacation snob in all honestly and am very picky about where I stay as I like to be comfortable, and my place needs to be clean, cozy and on the higher end. This home FAR exceeded my expectations. It was spotless, luxurious, just top notch and WOW what a view! It is beautifully decorated, has every possible amenity you could want, an amazing kitchen with double ovens and a large fridge, great counters etc. Home has lovely artwork, is so spacious and I could sit on the patio and watch the water forever. We will stay here again 100% for sure! This one of the nicest homes we have ever rented. The community is so quiet, we fished, we swam, we listened to music, cooked, relaxed. Trip of a lifetime! Check in and out was SOOO easy. Loved the lockbox as when we went out to ride and explore the everglades, we just locked the key back up and no worries. It was so relaxing and wonderful. What a gorgeous home! We felt spoiled. Thank you"

"The home was as described, it was exactly what we were looking for, a comfortable house on the water where we could keep our boat at the dock for our fishing trip. The owner Ty was super friendly and was more than helpful with some ideas and recommendations for our fishing trip. We go down to the Marco area a couple times per year to fish and we will definitely rent from Ty again. Thanks!!"

"This is a somewhat difficult place to give an accurate review. We were given instructions with a code to enter our room. I attempted the code several times with no luck. I reread the instructions and the next paragraph (which I had not read) said to ignore the above instructions and go to the front desk. The front desk had a hard time finding my reservation and when he found it, he handed me a regular old-fashioned key. I asked for a second, he told me no. The room was straight out of the 60’s. It did have a smack kitchenet that looked fine. Everything was clean in the room and the hot water was good. The air conditioning was fine and there were plenty of towels. Breakfast was the smallest I have ever seen. Nothing hot, not even a toaster. The pool was large and clean and there were plenty of pickle ball courts. The bar and dining opened at five. The menu was extensive and the dessert that they said were made in house, were exquisite. The food was equally good, apart from the escargot which was marginal. "

"This resort is close to everything you might want to explore, but nestled in the middle of nature where you can relax and breathe. The grounds are beautifully maintained with gorgeous flowers, palm trees, and tropical plants surrounding the pathways and the sparkling pool with plenty of lounge chairs and tables with tiki umbrellas. There is a free continental breakfast each morning at the tiki bar outside the restaurant in the pool area. The food and service at the restaurant is fabulous and the have a bakery where you can find colorful pastries of all varieties. We stayed in a very nice studio which had everything we needed. We are really hard to please when it comes to mattresses and pillows, but that is the only thing we would have upgraded. They also have a small kitchenette and a few dishes, stovetop, refrigerator, and microwave which we used daily. There is an amazing gym, sauna, additional showers, and lovely game room in the hotel that is open to all guests. There are also tennis and pickle ball courts, a marina, and a small store on site. The management was always helpful from a smooth check-in through friendly service just a phone call away if needed. The location of the resort is phenomenal and close to the Everglades and within driving distance for day trips through the Everglades, to Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, and many beaches. This is a hidden gem and we were fortunate to have found it! Thank you for your hospitality!"

"Amanda is a wonderful host...very responsive. This is our second booking with Amanda and it won't be our last. Property was clean and well stocked. We fished off of the private pier almost every day. Beautiful view of the 10,000 islands waterway. Kayaking right from your front door. Bicycles provided. Four bar/restaurants and a fresh seafood market all within walking distance. Goodland is a bit more old-school FL, which we love. Marco is an easy 10 minute drive to shopping and beaches. Loved it!
