"Clean comfortable room with the friendliest staff and food cooked to perfection we will definitely be returning thanks alot for such a great homely welcome"
"Staff lovely, needs an update. Noisy at night but not all through the night. Rooms very basic but bedding clean and bed comfy. Would stay again for a night when going to see concert "
"Lovely staff, great location to stay to access Heaton Hall Bowls Club the site of the 2002 Bowls Commonwealth Games. The beefeater next door served great food during my stay."
"We were extremely happy with our stay. The area is lovely and friendly. The property was spotless, cosy and welcoming. Many facilities supplied as extra too.
Will definitely return."
"We secured hotel accommodations via Expedia for a concert. The selected hotel, however, did not meet expectations. The property currently resembles a construction site, and the premises are permeated by the odor of cannabis. Contacting the owner for check-in proved difficult. Furthermore, the Inn lacks amenities, including parking and toiletries. The communal washroom facilities are poorly maintained. It is concerning that companies continues to list this establishment."
"I never stayed at the place because there was no one to open the door or provide instructions how to get in.
I have to book another hotel at mid night.
I want my refund."
"Very nice apartment and was perfect for our stay. Host even left us food & breakfast on our arrival which was a very nice touch. Lovely clean rooms and nice location, only 15 minute taxi in central manchester! Would highly recommend for such a great price and will definitely use again in the future."

Holiday Inn Express Manchester City Centre Arena by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"Absolutely spot on for what I needed. 11am checkout was brilliant meant I didn’t have to rush the next morning.
Mackie Mayor by the hotel is brilliant, food was amazing. Can recommend the steak!
Can recommend the suggested car park. I missed the turning the first time but once found it was absolutely ideal. "
"Easily accessible, just 6 minutes walk from Crumpsall metro. On arrival I was greeted by a very friendly lady, who throughout my stay was very nice and helpful. We checked into the room and immediately noticed how clean the room was, the whole hotel in fact was immaculate. Our room was well equipped with iron hairdryer, tv, fresh towels, and coincidentally my favourite biscuits, just everything you need. That evening after a night out I was quite cold (wet September) and the moment i got into bed, I warmed up so quickly, the bedding was fantastic, and the mattress was honestly the best mattress i have ever slept on in my whole life. It was fantastic! Annoyingly i naturally woke up early but had a lovely bath and started looking forward to breakfast. When i went down, the corridor smelled like fantastic home cooking but i made a mistake and didnt realise i had to prebook the night before. Judging by everything else in the stay, I'm certain it would have been excellent. Checkout was easy at a great time of 11 with an equally friendly gentleman. 5 stars isn't enough. It felt like a family run businesa that was managed perfectly with care and high standards. If i find myself in Manchester again, i would gladly avoid the centre and stay here. Highly recommend. "
"Great place to stay for Heaton Park gigs. Came for Oasis and the staff were very friendly even though they were busy. Food is decent. Rooms are lovely. Would stay here again "
