Pillows felt like a bag of shoes
Bed was old and hard
No window AC just a central air that doesn't do much, had to ask for two fans
Front desk barely answers phone
Very dated, even had old 90s phone with different room number on them (kind of shows how much they care about maintaining the place
Moved to another room, same issues, on a $220 suite
Ancient TVS with very poor basic cable
Hardly any staff, usually have to call someone from the back
Couldn't find us forks to use
Honestly one of the worst hotels I've stayed in for the price and I travel for work so I stay at alot of seedy hotels
