(494 reviews) We thought the hotel was lovely, but I had two issues with the door/lock system: 1\. The room door is difficult to unlock. It was unclear how we were supposed to use the key in conjunction with the button and we had a lot of difficulties to unlock the door. 2\. As there is no lock or bolt inside the room, our toddler was able to easily open the door and wander out (which he almost did a few times). We were concerned about him leaving the room without us waking, which fortunately did not occur, but I would not recommend this for small children.
