The Hearthstone Boutique Inn did not live up to the promise of its name. The parking lot is small. The front lobby is quite lovely, but the rest of the hotel is just adequate. The room was somewhat clean, but there was a fair amount of dust in corners by the tub and on lamps. The included breakfast was disappointing, with few cold options. Requests to refill the coffee urn and check the amount of hot food options were handled by the front desk clerk, so it seemed like there was no staff assigned to make sure that the breakfast offerings were monitored. This was an hour before the breakfast buffet was to be closed, so not an issue of being late. Overall, the Hearthstone seemed a bit tired, and perhaps needs some more attention to managing the running of the hotel.

Brought the family on a little east coast getaway and couldn't ask for a better location to return to and unwind in the evenings. Spectacular views on a peaceful cove with every accommodation you could ever need. Exceptional, absolutely loved it!

Great hotel, well located. Confortable clean room. I found the bed perfect, my husband found it too soft. The jets on the hot tub were not working but enjoyed the hot water and the pool. Room was quiet but could hear the kids upstairs running in the room, did not affect our stay but I had hotel rooms that were more sound proof. Loved the vibe and artwork that were throughout the hotel
