We could not get out of our room in the morning because the dead bolt was broken!! The front door person couldn’t help us and we had to contact the people in the adjoining room to get out!! Terrible, unacceptable service for a serious situation. Also we don’t think the bedding was changed from the previous customer because we found multiple hairs in between the sheets.

The rooms are decent but the furniture is outdated and worn. Chairs are in rough shape and curtains were stained. Walls are thin!! Elevators were broke but there were no out of order signs! Bathrooms are nice and beds look fairly newer. You can tell it was a nice place at one point but it’s definitely starting to go downhill. Breakfast was a joke too. Wouldn’t stay here again.

We loved learning about the historical significance of this property. The architectural team did a great job of restoring it and envisioning it as a hotel. Our room was spacious with high ceilings. The staff was helpful. My only suggestion would to have bottled water in the rooms for guests.
