Perfect for big family gathering visit
This house was exactly as described and exceeded my expectations. The interior was very spacious and all of the appliances, furniture and amenities are modern. The 5-bedrooms upstairs plus the extra sleeping space downstairs provided plenty of space for my big family to spread-out at the end of the day, while the large, open kitchen-dining area and outdoor entertaining space provided plenty of room to gather during the day. Highly recommend this place for a quiet stay with a large family.

I was able to get the majority of family members together in this beautiful Home! Everyone enjoyed themselves. The spacious kitchen was the highlight of the get together. Would certainly stay again.

Graduation Party
Our daughter was graduating from a university in the area. We're from our of town, so we rented this property to have a place to gather with other or of town family members and have a small cookout after the graduation ceremony. The house has plenty of space for all of our family (we had 16 people over in total). The weather was beautiful, so we used the patio for socializing and the yard for various picnic games, but the interior space would have allowed us to gather inside had weather not cooperate. We had a great time and would definitely book this property in the future.

Wonderful for Viewing the Total Eclipse
WE RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY HIGHLY. Beautiful house, very clean, property was beautiful. We enjoyed our stay immensely. The kitchen was awesome we saved so much by cooking our own meals. The back deck was so comfortable and it was so nice to use the grill to BBQ while viewing the eclipse. It was so relaxing after a long day of sight seeing to watch tv in the living room. The beds were so comfortable. The washer and dryer were large and it was so great to have them. The only down side was there were no hand rails on any of the stairs. We understood this was not a handicap accessible property but I would think no handrails would be a concern for any age. Another small inconvenience in my room was there was no night stand where I could place my glasses and other things I needed to use after getting in bed and before getting out of bed..

Amazing house!
This house is absolutely amazing! Extremely spacious inside and out, perfect for any size family or group of families. It was super clean and all the included amenities were extremely helpful. I needed to change our dates we stayed, and the owners were more than willing and responded quickly! Would recommend this property to anyone!

A Quiet Retreat for Our Family's Christmas Get-Together!
Thank you for providing your lovely home for our family's Christmas week! We enjoyed the spacious home with accommodations for our whole family...plenty of room for the family to play, eat, do art and craft projects, watch movies together, etc, which created special memories for each one. There were plenty of sleeping accommodations for our family, and we loved preparing delicious food favorites using that spacious modern kitchen. Thank you very much for the wonderful Christmas week at your beautiful home!!

My girlfriends and I stayed here for a girls weekend away. The space was far better than the pictures showed! Everything was very neat and clean. The house was VERY spacious with plenty of room for all of us! I would definitely recommend for large groups. The property was beautiful and we loved Urbanas quaint downtown area.

Inside was better than advertised
Usually pictures on these sites make properties look better than they really are, but the pictures didn't do this place justice. The place is really huge inside. We counted 6 bedrooms rather than 5, with various roomy sitting areas and a huge living room. And everything was top-notch, looked brand new. They obviously did a lot of work on this property. We loved it. My only two caveats would be: (1) the owners were not great with communication and (2) the outside of the property is not very well kept. The inside, however, was fantastic. Five stars.

Great Home
This home worked wonderful for our chapter officer leadership retreat. It was even better than the picturers. We enjoyed the fire pit and outdoor deck. There was plenty of room for our group. One drawback was that we could never get logged onto the WiFi and we really could have used that for our work. We were able to work with some hotspots on phones and we were not successful in much communication with the host. But the house is wonderful and the setting is so peaceful.

Beatifull rual setting, very spacious and clean house with a decent size family 10 of us at this property it was more than big enough, this felt like a luxury tranquil stay. The whole family was singing the praises of there experience with this house we definitely would come back.

Perfect retreat space
We loved this low-key space. The house was beautiful, the internet was fast, and the area was quiet. Perfect for our group to meet, hang out,nand share meals. There was also plenty of space for people to step away and tend to themselves. This was great for our friend group, and would be perfect for families who want to get away and reconnect somewhere quiet and pretty.

Me and my friends had a awesome getaway at this property! Everything was a easygoing process(: one thing that disappointed was the hot tub did not work but was not listed in the amenities only mentioned the description. I could understand that considering it was in the middle of winter. Would definitely book again in the future!

Beautiful home
Beautiful place, lots of room, so quiet and peaceful. Close to Walmart, stores, and restaurants just 4-7 minutes away. The host is wonderful she responds promptly, gave us ideas for her favorite restaurants, and things to do. And even threw in personal touches to make r stay wonderful. I highly recommend this house
