Otel güzel bir dizayna sahip olsa da odalarda banyo ve tuvaletin kapısız açık dizayn olması hiç konforlu değil Ayrıca işletme yönetimi dışarıdan misafir kabulünü yaptıktan ve misafirlerimi davet etmem üzerine misafirlerimin otele gelmesi ile sizi ağırlayamayız deyip üst seviye bir mahçubiyet yaratmaları da iki kat kötü oldu… klasik adı duyulmuş duyulduktan sonra hizmet vermesekte dolar mantığı ile işletilen bir otel ben bir daha gittiğimde asla tercih etmem. (Otel çalışanları yönetimin aksine bir o kadar tatlılardı)

Not to be missed

Beautiful property located in a quiet part of the city. The grounds were charming. If you have a opportunity to experience breakfast do it! That breakfast was our best one of all of 2019 (a true 10/10). Make sure that you visit Ziggy’s for dinner just up the street went there twice in two days as the food as service was outstanding.

The entire experience is unique. The property is gorgeous. The view was incredible of Ürgüp. It’s close to the centrum to walk to everything. The staff is beyond helpful. Turkish hospitality is unbelievable. The breakfast is plentiful and fresh, just amazing. It’s one of the best places I’ve ever stayed! I even sat inside a while just to enjoy the beauty of the room and area. I left for a week and came back to Ürgüp. I stayed in 4 hotels in the area. This exceeds all the ones I’ve seen so far. I’ll be back in my next visit. Thank you Asuwari for the memories

Good hotel but no air-conditioning in room

We booked a suite and it was upgraded to king suite. Room was good. Bed was great. However, we experienced 2 problems, first there was no contact from property after booking about how to transfer from airport to the hotel. It was our first trip and my own mistakes that i ended up paying 450 lira to taxi. Second problem we faced was hot weather and there was no air conditioning in our room. There should at least be a fan inside room. We couldn't sleep both nights in a king suite paying 850 lira per night. I paid in advance for 2 nights after that I changed the hotel. Breakfast was very good. I might stay here again but not in summer.

Otelin iç ve dış görünümü doğal ve olarak güzeldi. yatak odası ve tuvaletin tam ayrılmamış olması ve bunun belirtilmemiş olması üzücüydü. günlük temizlik yapıldı fakat su ve çay gibi eksiklikler düzenli olarak giderilmedi. otopark mevcut olarak belirtilsede gösterilen yer yol kenarı idi. (o bölgede çoğu otel yer sıkıntısından dolayı bu şekilde olduğunu düşünüyorum). Rezervasyon tarihine göre fiyat karşılaştırması yaptığımda ödediğim tutarın tam karşılığı olmadı. Kahvaltısı doyurucu ve sunumları güzeldi. İnternet zaman zaman sıkıntılı idi ama bölgesel bir sorun olduğunu düşünüyorum. Pencere perdeleri daha iyi olabilirdi.İçerisi dikkatli bakıldığında belli oluyordu.Konum olarak iyi. bir lokasyonda idi.

Rund um toll, Deluxe Zimmer sehr stylend geräumig. Frühstück traditionell war alles da was das Herz begehrt hat. Sehr freundliches Personal. Hotelbesitzer sehr zuvorkommend fließendes Englisch. Aussicht sehr schön.

Mindre och personligt hotell med trevlig atmosfär. Det enda negativa är att dom inte har någon restaurang. Men dom har bra tips på restauranger i närheten så det löser sig ändå.
