Ursel Chalets

Easy parking and nice rooms.

Perfect location, very near to the train station, clean. Overall very happy.

Beautiful property with a nice spa. The room was very quiet and the bed comfortable. Overall, I had a great stay. For Improvements, I would recommend to switch form bottled waters in the room and spa to filtered water with glasses to save on plastic. Lastly, the breakfast was nice but I didn’t feel like it was worth nearly 30 euros.

A remarkable building to stay in. Decor theme is carried throughout for an immersive experience. Cleaning staff was very helpful whenever we needed something. It’s a walk from the station so if you have large luggage, I’d recommend an Uber. University is nearby so there are lots of inexpensive food choices.

We stayed one night and wish we had stayed longer. Located in the middle of the city center, with everything a short walk away. The hotel itself has very nice rooms and amenities, along with the wonderful cocktail bar. A memorable property and somewhere we hope to stay again.

I had mixed feelings on one of the front desk workers but everyone else was VERY friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, if a little stark. The breakfast was good, and I enjoyed the pastries. My only real complaint was that the room was too warm and I couldn't get it to cool down.

This may be one of the best hotels I have ever stayed. First of all, I love history and so you are staying where King Charles II had his castle. Secondly, the breakfast was amazing. Third, the rooms had beautiful chandeliers with high ceilings. And finally the wellness area had a lovely sauna room. The hotel was so close to all the picturesque spots. We will be back!

Really helpful and welcoming staff, they are used to travelers and had people who could speak multiple languages. Was easy to get to from the train station, right in the middle of the downtown area, and extremely clean. The room was a good size and very comfortable. I recommend.

We were pleasantly surprised by the size of our room. I believe it was the "exceptional w/a view". We had so much space in our room, an oversized tub, and a large balcony. All things that are not common in Europe from my experience. The staff was also friendly and accommodating.

The building has it's antique style of the city. Located in a great location a block away for a tram. The room we were in was a suite very specious. The bed was very comfortable to sleep in. Very clean. The staff are amazing! Very helpful and attentive to the guests. Thr cleaning staff were very considerate and professional to our needs. We had great conversations. The breakfast was excellent! The coffee was rich in flavor. We loved everything about the place! Thanks for having us!

Hotel maravilloso, muy buena ubicacion, todo muy cuidado, el staff muy amable. Te guardan el equipaje despues del check out. Desayuno por costo extra. Muy recomendable.

Great location very quiet best sleep so far with the blackout curtains

What a wonderful hotel. Restful. Charming but with excellent comfort--linens, beds, restaurant on site, air conditioning. You are only minutes from parking in the 'tZand parking, but you have a large room and no street noise. This hotel is just off the auto route and makes a great stop driving any direction in Belgium. The staff is very helpful. If you are fortunate enought to be there on a pleasant day, there is a tranquil veranda. the restaurant has been recently redecorated and is...

Very confortable but to carry my bags to my room was awful . Stairs to get to the lobby and the elevator and stairs again from the elevator to my room NO HELP AT ALL We are seniors and could not carry around , should think of this .

Great boutique hotel in Bruges. Excellent breakfast, nice staff and a short 5 minute walk from the central square. And as a bonus: one of the best beer shops (sorry the name escapes me right now but you can't miss it) in Bruges is only about 300 meters or so from the hotel.

Close to train station and walkable to City Center (Beautiful) and Citadel Park.

This was one of the best hotels we stayed at during our trip. The location was excellent, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional throughout our stay. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and our room was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. Overall, the hotel offered a great combination of comfort, cleanliness, and hospitality. Everything was well organized, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was a comfortable place to return to after a long day of exploring, and...
