The hotel WiFi is one of the worst among 4 star hotels. It drops off again and again during the connection. Towels and toilet paper are provided at the least amount and have to ask again.

Shower door leaked and pipes made a lot of noise.
Rooms very tired and generally the building requires a refurb.
However, staff are polite and attentive, and the breakfast tasty. Good location, and just lacking the investment.

Rooms were clean, specious and very generous with amenities. Everything we needed was available in the rooms including tea and free water. The only thing lacking was ventilation in the bathroom. The fan was not working.
