"Room was clean and very vintage like, simple but had what I needed. Just wish they had bottled water to drink or to use for tea/coffee facilities. Prime location - for all attractions on the Buda side, and easy access & paths to get to the (Pest) side for all other sights. Happy with the amenities and staff service. All good, only real feedback is - Maybe get Tv's in the room and some soft drinks in the room fridge for guests (for those who don't drink alcohol). Overall good stay for...

Frequently asked questions

What is the nightly rate for a Bed and Breakfast in Vac?
Prices for B&Bs in Vac often vary, but you can find a great deal with Expedia. All sorts of factors affect price, such as location and the time of year. It usually costs more to stay at Vac B&Bs over the weekend too. Travelers can find the best deals by being flexible with their dates, and by using our filters to sort prices from low to high.
When is the best time to book a Bed & Breakfast in Vac?
The best time to book a B&B in Vac is during the late spring and early summer months, particularly May and June. This period showcases the beauty of the region, with pleasant temperatures ranging from the low 50s to the mid-70s Fahrenheit, making it ideal for outdoor exploration and leisurely strolls along the Danube River.

As the weather warms, visitors can enjoy a variety of activities such as cycling along scenic paths, discovering the rich history of Vac through its charming streets, or indulging in local cuisine at outdoor cafes. The vibrant atmosphere during this time attracts travelers who appreciate a mix of culture and nature without the overwhelming crowds of peak summer.

July marks the height of tourist activity, drawing larger crowds to the area. While this month offers lively events and a bustling ambiance, it also means that accommodations can be pricier and more challenging to secure.

For those looking for a more budget-friendly option, consider visiting in October. This month provides a quieter experience as the summer rush subsides, allowing for more intimate interactions with the local culture and fewer tourists. The autumn foliage adds a picturesque touch to the scenery, making it a lovely time for photography and exploration.
What is the difference between a Vac B&B and a hotel?
Every Vac B&B has its own unique feel. Whether it's a cozy reading space or a sunlit breakfast nook to enjoy your morning cup of coffee, the quaint details are what make bed and breakfasts a home away from home. Travelers can look forward to personal touches, thoughtful amenities and of course a scrumptious breakfast at Vac B&Bs.
