The beds were disgusting. This is my main complaint No mattress protectors. old, soiled therefore totally unhygienic Pillows uncomfortable again no protectors The bath hot tap dribbled out took half hour to half fill the bath. decor dated and furniture scruffy carpet stained. Curtains didn't totally cover windows. Messages sent via booking platform ignored Had a real battle to get 6 nights refunded which I managed eventually through booking platform and left the property . I managed to get the duly manager to meet me in the room and went through the entire complaint which he totally agreed with me and stated he would refer the complaint to his superiors by email and request a 100% refund. No result has been forthcoming in this regard only 6 of 8 nights was refunded by the hotel yet I spent 2 nights arguing about the disgusting state of the room. This Hotel is trading under the Verdi brand name as 4 stars. This is a gross misrepresentation. It is poorly managed corporate takeover that are only interested in money. They should treat their customers with respect I am sure the management wouldn't like to sleep on mattresses without protective cover of human fluids. Let's see if management answer this review after seeing the photos

stayed at this hotel in Budapest for twelve days, and it was an all-around excellent experience. The property is clean and well-maintained throughout. Check-in was fast and clear, and checkout was just as organized and smooth. The breakfast buffet was absolutely excellent and plentiful. It did get crowded around eight or nine in the morning, but the staff handled it well. Tables were kept clean, everything was well-stocked, and the wait was always minimal. I was surprised by the volume of guests, but it never felt unmanageable. The Boroka restaurant and bar were also outstanding. The staff was professional, polite, and courteous, though I would have liked to see a few more of them on hand, as waits could occasionally run long. The spa and pools were fantastic as well. Overall, this was a great hotel and a great stay.

Accommodation is very nice and clean. Rooms are great and well appointed with plenty of space. The staff were super helpful and there is a 24 hour reception desk. It feels like a hotel, but with a fully equipped apartment for self catering. We had a great stay here in an excellent location in Budapest. Highly recommend this property

Everything is good except there are stairs at the entrance so you need to handle the luggage issue.
