I was greeted by two front desk agents whose humor and genuine engagement made the stress of the day disappear instantly. Despite the late hour, they went the extra mile to personally show me the spa, Jacuzzi, and sauna facilities to ensure I could properly unwind. This is world-class hospitality at its finest. "Cons: Rooms and beds are very small. Pricey for the size. Showers need refurb but are OK. Pros: Very nice staff. Great sitting/lounge area. Right in the downtown area for dining and shops. "

"Great hotel in an excellent location, very close to the bus station and just a short walk from the town centre. It’s a little on the expensive side, but the convenience and overall experience made it worthwhile. The staff were lovely throughout our stay, and the front-of-house team in particular were excellent and very welcoming. Check-in was quite late, which wasn’t ideal after travelling, but everything else ran smoothly. Having a ski shop within the hotel was a big plus and made organising equipment very easy. The hotel restaurant was reasonably priced for dinner and the food was good. Breakfast, however, was quite expensive, so we ended up opting to eat elsewhere in the mornings. Overall, a very enjoyable stay. The location, helpful staff, and on-site ski facilities made things easy, and I would definitely stay here again."

"Clean rooms, great service, really good breakfast, great staff, and a great floor show. The bar was a fun scene. Dated rooms with funky lighting. One thing to be aware of is that not all rooms have a ski locker associated with the room. Location is great. Easy to get up the hill or to walk to town. We had to ask for a safe to be installed— was done before we finished breakfast—super responsive. Worth the money. "
