“Stunning unobstructed view of Matterhorn. Both the owner and the property manager were so generous over the duration of our stay when we had two day power outage in April 2025 due to record breaking snow storm. Very clean room and neatly kept laundry room. Easy access to Glacier Paradise Gondola.My wife and daughters really enjoyed the area. Highly recommend it to family with preteen/teen age kids. Walk to bus stop was a bit tiring, but good warm up in the morning.”

“Das Chalet ist sehr schön gelegen mit toller Aussicht. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Vom Raclett-Rechaud über Fondue-Caquelon, Nespresso-Maschine, Wasserkocher, Gewürzen, Abwaschmaschine, Wachmaschine, Föhn etc. war alles vorhanden. Im Parterre ist die Offene Küche, das Wohnzimmer sowie ein Bad mit Badewanne und WC. Im 1\. OG befindet sich ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett sowie ein WC mit Duche und die Waschmaschine Im 2\. "Es un hotel muy agradable. Nuestra habitación tenía unas vistas preciosas al Matterhorn y estaba decorada de manera muy acogedora. La zona de la recepción es muy agradable, con la chimenea central siempre encendida. El spa es fantástico, se agradece mucho después de esquiar. Yo tuve una lesión y el hotel tuvo la amabilidad de llamar al masajista para que viniera fuera del horario habitual para atenderme y ayudarme a aliviar el dolor. Respecto a los restaurantes, la zona del desayuno es pequeña pero muy variada y con productos de buena calidad. Nos encantaría volver a Zermatt y sin duda eligiríamos de nuevo el hotel Alpen."
