"This is the 4th time we stayed in this hotel . I love the fact that it’s like a retreat hotel . You are there to relax and soak yourself to the natural hot spring . The restaurant have fabulous healthy breakfast and dinner . I love Val D’Orcia . It’s a relaxing town with beautiful scenery and same time so close to Montalcino and the surrounding well known and one of the best Brunello makers . Not forget to mention the underrated but very nice town , San Querico . Also love the neighbor Pienza . Biking is a good experience in this area . "ADLER Spa Resort Thermae is exceptional. From the warm welcome to the first-class property, everything exceeded expectations. Meals were outstanding, and as someone gluten free, I appreciated the wide range of safe, clearly marked options.
The spa and thermal pool are incredible, and the 50km guided e-bike ride through the countryside was unforgettable. The daily sound bath was a unique highlight, and a rainy afternoon wine tasting and lunch turned into a cozy, memorable experience. Ask for Julia’s tour—you’ll come away with a whole new appreciation for organic winemaking.
Our room was spacious, comfortable, and had a balcony overlooking the beautiful grounds. We enjoyed it so much we extended our stay by two extra days. Can’t wait to return."
