“Room was clean and staff was professional. Was a bit disappointed with the breakfast selection. Equivalent to what you would get from Choice hotel chain, not as good as IHG chain of hotels. ”

“This hotel shows its age and they allow pets to stay in any room on any floor. If I had wished to stay in a dog kennel, I would have booked a room at a local dog kennel. My fault for not investigating further and their fault for not making this fact apparent.”

“The front desk person was not friendly at all at check in. The room we got was very dated and needs a big remodel. The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because the pool area looks really nice, the reception area and breakfast was nice and clean. The breakfast area is near the general managers office, while grabbing our breakfast we can hear someone screaming at someone else at the top of their lungs inside the general managers office. Not ok when children can hear this. ”

“Didn't get the chance to stay. Had an emergency, in route to the hotel. Made a mistake and didn't get the refundable rate. No grace. That's business. Won't make that mistake again.”
