“I was driving with family and decided to stop for the night and continue my trip in the morning. last minute booking. price was great, location was great with lots of food options nearby. The staff was extremely friendly. I booked a room with a suite set up with separate room from living room. room set up was good. I didn't have any major concerns but unfortunately my kids saw 2 roaches. one crawling on the ceiling over the pull out sofa. When the kids pulled out the sofa bed they saw dirt……

“The price was right. The HVAC in the room was like sleeping with a vacuum cleaner running all night. But what really irritated me was that we got there early (after 2pm), and the staff made a big deal about trying to find us a room prior to the 3 pm check in time. Total bs. They never found a room but shortly after 3pm, several rooms were miraculously available. This has happened to us at other Comfort Suites hotels. Haven't had a problem at other hotel properties. Look, just tell your customers……
