Welcome to our charming apartment, where comfort and convenience meet in perfect harmony. It is located near the city centre whilst also being in a peaceful and serene neighbourhood come night time, making it the perfect place to unwind and relax after a long day of exploring or work. Step into the first bedroom and be greeted by a luxuriously appointed queen-sized bed. This elegantly furnished room also features an en suite bathroom, ensuring privacy and convenience. you'll find a delightful second bedroom that is equipped with a cozy bunk bed, offering an inviting space for families or friends traveling together. (this makes a total capacity of 4 people). As you move through the room, you'll discover a charming and intimate dining setup, that has been thoughtfully arranged. Located nearby a second bathroom awaits in the living area, providing both functionality and accessibility. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essential amenities you would need for a convenient and enjoyable stay including an electric stove, oven, refrigerator and freezer, electric kettle, coffee machine and dishwasher. Other amenities we offer are a TV , AC for heating and cooling, washing machine/dryer combo ,iron and hair dryer. The deposit of 900 euros is required and has to be paid one week before arrival through an external link sent via email. The deposit gets returned in a maximum of 7 days after your check out. HOUSE RULES 1.In order to have access to the accommodation you need to complete the check-in online first and pay the deposit through the email we will send you. Once the accommodation has been checked for any possible damage, you will receive a refund of the deposit during a maximum of 7 working days after your check out. 2\. The deposit is valid only for any possible damage caused to the property. 3.The bills are included in the price up to 5€/day. 4.Check-in is from 4:00 pm and Checkout is until 11:00 am. We would appreciate it if you let us know your arrival and departure time. 5.The customer service hours are from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. If you intend to arrive outside of these hours, please make sure that you have received and understood the instructions. 6\. Less than 8 days before the arrival, it will not be possible to reduce the number of days or the number of guests in the reservations. There will be no refund in this case. 7\. One queen size bed will be prepared for every two people in the group; however you can request additional beds according to the number of guests. 8\. The duvet covers are to be found in the closet during cold seasons and in a box under the bed, during hot seasons. 9\. The apartments have electronic locks which should not be manipulated. In case there is any problem with the locks, please contact us. Otherwise there is a 800 euros charge for any damage. 10\. Between 10pm and 9am are the quiet hours in the building, please keep the noise down during this time. 11\. Parties are forbidden. 12\. Pets are forbidden 13\. Having guests is not permitted, each guest will be treated as an additional person in the accommodation and you will be charged accordingly. 14\. Additional person fee is 40 Euros per night per person, plus commission that could be charged through the deposit. 15\. Total cleaning service fee is 80 Euros. 16\. Some consumable products such as coffee capsules (Tassimo) , toilet papers etc. are provided in limited quantities and will not be recharged however you can find what you need in Mercadona, Consum etc. 17\. If you require an invoice please let us know before your stay has been completed with the details to be able to modify the invoice. 18\. Please put the trash in the trash containers on the street. 19\. Der kurzfristige Wechsel vor Reiseantritt in ein anderes Appartement war problemlos möglich, vielen Dank an Sabas Flexibilität. Der Zutritt zum Appartement über einen Code und eine App ist sehr praktisch und unkompliziert. Die Lage des Appartements außerhalb der wunderschönen Innenstadt hat mir aus beruflichen Gründen gut gefallen. Die Aufteilung der Räumlichkeiten mit dem Schlafzimmer zum ruhigen Innenhof ebenfalls. Im bequemen Bett konnte ich sehr gut schlafen. Allerdings ist der Preis für absolute Nebensaison und die Lage außerhalb der Innenstadt übertrieben hoch. Das Bad ist ziemlich klein, es gibt keine Möglichkeiten zum Aufhängen von Handtüchern, und für vier Personen stelle ich es mir sehr unbequem vor. Die Hälfte des Garderobenschrankes im Eingangsbereich ist versperrt, also nicht zu nutzen. Auch hier wird es eng für vier Personen Klamotten unterzubringen, da die 3\. u. 4\. Person im Wohnzimmer untergebracht werden müssen und die Klamotten ja auch irgendwo bleiben müssen. Die hübschen alten Balkontüren lassen sich teils nicht richtig verschließen und bei Regen trat Wasser ein. Es ist hellhörig, Straßenlärm und Nachbarn sind nicht zu überhören. ##### Susanne F.
