"Large well appointed house centrally located to many Piedmont sites. We enjoyed the balcony and mountain views. A few good restaurants within walking distance. Owner was quick with answers to questions. Highly recommend."

"Zeer ruim huis met fijn zwembad en buitenkeuken. Qua omgeving op mooie afstand tot Genua, Milaan en Portofino ed. Omgeving van het huis is minder prettig. Gelegen in industrieel gebied aan doorgaande weg. Achterzijde huis is een fijne plaats waar ligging niet merkbaar is."

"Insgesamt ein sehr abgewohntes Objekt. Sauberkeit ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig. Die Duschvorhänge sind schon am ersten Tag abgefallen. Überall Spinnweben, das Geschirr musste teilweise abgewaschen werden. Geschirr war insgesamt zu wenig und es fehlte an Besteck.Die alten Holzschränke waren nicht zu benutzen, da sonst die Wäsche den etwas penetranten Geruch angenommen hätte. Die Mückenplage war fast nicht auszuhalten und durch die fehlenden bzw. kaputten Fliegengitter an den Fenstern war ein...

"Nous avons apprécié cette vieille, grande et belle bâtisse pratiquement dans son jus. Elle est pleine de charme et de souvenirs de famille. La vue depuis la terrasse ou le jardin est fantastique. Amoureux du confort moderne s'abstenir, la villa Osvalda se mérite. Elle est bien située pour les balades à pied ou en voiture. Se munir d'anti- moustiques car ils sont nombreux à l'extérieur. Bref, toute la famille a aimé ce séjour."

"The property was not kept up to an appropriate standard, very dusty inside , lawns not kept cut, I would not recommend staying there, naturally the view from the garden was beautiful, but it really needs to be cleaned and maintained for it ti be attractive, "

"Poorly maintained, overgrown and tired. Walls are peeling off. The kitchens don’t have an oven. Water pressure is non existent, if someone uses water downstairs there is no water upstairs. WiFi doesn’t work downstairs, upstairs the connection is really poor. No air conditioning. No sofa or other soft furniture except the beds. Dining room chairs are not sturdy, some are broken. Outdoor furniture is old and the plastic is brittle. Not as listed, everything is unkempt. Dirty floors, bathrooms...

"Es ist ein sehr schön renoviertes Haus. Der Eigentümer hat den Charakter des Hauses erhalten. Man hat das Gefühl in einem original-italienischen Bauernhaus zu wohnen. Das Haus steht in sehr ruhiger Lage, aber trotzdem zentral, d.h. alle sehenswerten Orte sind schnell zu erreichen. Das Haus ist komfortabel eingerichtet, jedoch ohne den Charme eines Bauernhauses zu überfrachten. Genau richtig um Ruhe, Entspannung und die italienrischen Köstlichkeiten zu genießen."

"Old, but fully renovated country house with lots of character and spacious enough for 6 people. Ideal location to visit the Monferrata region (Asti, Alba...), but also Torino or Milano. Cinzia is a super welcoming host and can give you lots op tips to visit, eat or drink (Piemontese wine...) :-) Highly recommended!"
