“Due to a lack of other options, I extended my stay for a second week. Once again, I explicitly declined housekeeping services. However, I was penalized for this by being denied clean linens—a policy communicated to me directly via WhatsApp. Obtaining basic essentials—a single fresh towel, a bath mat, and toilet paper—required raising an issue with Expedia.
