Inside, you'll discover a charming and spacious home that can accommodate up to 8 people. In winter, you'll curl up next to the fireplace (wood provided). The unusual turret gives you access to the upper floors and a superb view from the first-floor terrace. The 180m² accommodation (all inclusive except tourist tax) adjoins a hydroelectric mill. Ground floor: entrance hall, living/dining room/equipped kitchen, WC with hand basin, utility room. 1st floor: 1 library, 1 bedroom (1 double bed), en-suite shower room, WC. 2nd floor (renovated): 3 bedrooms with double beds (2 queen-size beds, 1 double bed), 1 shower room, and 1 separate WC. Heating and wood included. Wi-Fi. Secure parking in the courtyard. Non-smoking cottage. The "Moulin de Ronsard" cottage (which belonged to the poet's family) is located at the gateway to Sarthe, and about 1 hour from Tours, Blois, Amboise, Chaumont/Loire and Le Mans (advice for fans of the 24 Hours of Le Mans!). Multiple activities and discoveries are available to you: less than 10 minutes away, the Ruillé-sur-Loir water sports center offers sailing, kayaking, canoeing, and diving. 15 minutes away, you'll find the Vienne natural area. For hikers, 2 marked trails pass through Couture/Loir. Golfers will find a course 34 km away (Golf de Tours Ardrée). The La Flèche Zoo, the Château de Poncé-sur-le-Loir, the Château de la Possonière (Ronsard's birthplace), the typical villages of Trôo or Lavardin (one of the most beautiful villages in France), vineyards... you'll have plenty to choose from! In your cottage, you'll enjoy a large enclosed garden, a view of the Loir, and be lulled by the lapping of the water from the mill. The price does not include: CHARGING YOUR ELECTRIC VEHICLE IS NOT PERMITTED IN THIS ACCOMMODATION.
