Very welcoming. A quiet, large complex of buildings, probably especially useful for large groups and conferences, but certainly very good for travelers (with transportation). Food was quite good and the staff very cordial and helpful. It is a bit off the beaten path, but we liked that and would certainly choose again for our next stay in Helsinki.

The room was very tastefully decorated and clean. The building was still in the process of being repaired from a sauna fire and so the lack of the sauna, the fire smell and the noise from the work were slightly disappointing. Would go again in the future though.

The check in system is a bit annoying with the self checkin only system. Also I was confused with the door keypad number, I guess it was different from the checkin code and wasnt really able to find out. Fortunately they had a number to call and they helped. Breakfast was a bit odd, in cafe down the road with a columbian breakfast with pretty limited and exotic options. I was expecting at least the coffee to be good, but I was unlucky and got the last cup from the coffe thermos and it was cold. Also no cappucino or other specialty coffees available. The room itself and fecilities matched expectations. Location is great.
