This place is exactly as described, it was super clean and very thoughtful. The host was excellent and even went out of her way to provide a iron and ironing board for our use as we were in town for a wedding.

Great suite!
Everything about this suite was really great for our stay in North Van. We were pleasantly surprised by all of the extra amenities as well. I give it 4 stars only because there is only street parking which is only for 2 hours during the day. It wasn't a problem for us, but it's something to keep in mind if you have a vehicle. The owners' dog would also bark sometimes, but I think only when they weren't home, so it also wasn't a big deal to us, but also something to be aware of if staying here. Overall great experience and we would stay again.
