Very clean and modern room with full bathroom for an excellent rate. Good access to main routes to Vancouver and other suburbs. Easy parking in front of house. On our second night we didn’t realize that the area had a power failure because the host had a generator which was in operation. It was loud but much better than being in total darkness! Obviously our host has prepared the unit for any issue like that which may arise. We really enjoyed these accommodations.

I enjoyed my stay here. The room is comfortable, cozy and quiet. The only problem was the refrigerator which is dreadfully loud, but the host gracefully agreed to turn it off before my arrival. I recommend this room, it suited all my needs.

Spectacular!!

Great Host

James is a wonderful host, always there to greet with A smile and a reserve spot on the street. Looks after the blinds outside when it gets a little warm air conditioning is always on when needed. There's a fan in the room. Perfect little spot if you're staying in Coquitlam or on a business

the place is old and has a weird smell. the bathroom is right at the entrance, and the sink is so shallow that water splashes out when you wash your face , brush your teeth. The mattress is way too firmhowever, the shower works fine, and it's a quiet environment .

James and June are both amazing hosts. The suite was just as described and all necessities are also included just to stay comfortable. It was very thoughtful of James to share all his findings around the neighbourhood and many more. Truly very approachable and friendly host. Quiet and Clean, Nice Place to Stay

Would stay here again. Communication with the host was clear and prompt, room is small but has everything you need other than a kitchenette to make your own meals or a sink to wash dishes. More of a private hotel room than a suite. Deck with fireplace is a nice touch but we didnt use it. If you have a car, Coquitlam is a nice area to stay in the Lower Mainland if you want to save money and be away from the loudness of Vancouver City Center.

Quiet cozy room in Greater Vancouver

Clean, bright and quiet despite being next to a busier street. Sheets and bed were comfortable. It was nice having the big window that looked out onto back of property. Hosts are kind and respectful. Room is a good size and feels spacious yet cozy at the same time thanks to the high ceilings. Ample closet for shoes and clothing. Nice to have the fridge for storing left overs from meals. Only 5 minute drive from the HWY 1 and HWY 7. Good value for the price.

Bright big, quiet, very clean room perfect for a short stay

Clean and quiet. Plenty of on street parking on a fairly busy street on the front side of the house. Covered entrance into the bathroom which was nice as it never stopped raining while we were there allowing us to leave our wet gear outside. The bedroom is a room that would otherwise lead to a hallway of the main house so we felt we had to be overly quiet . Otherwise it was perfect stay. hawere
