No complaints. But the hotel itself had this old moldy stench permeating throughout the building. On top of that, the windows were single pane so street noise was loud; the upkeep wasn't great; the toilet was tiny (men will understand this); and the shower had a lot of mold growth. Oh, and you have to stand on the bed to access the closet. I thought this was a boutique hotel in the heart of the city, but it's more like a motel on the side of the deserted highway. I checked in around 8 or 9pm. By 5am I had booked another hotel (the Pinnacle Hotel Harbourfront) and left. The person at the front desk was very understanding (I think the smell and noise are common complaints) and suggested I contact Expedia to get reimbursed for the 2nd night I wasn't using. Unfortunately my claim was denied by the hotel management. Honestly, considering the state of the place, I was not surprised. I just hope they don't withhold my deposit.
