There were ants all over the room and the water pressure was so bad we couldn't even take a shower.

Property is run down and not updated. Very sketchy neighborhood. Carpet in the room was stained, furniture was outdated, no water pressure in the shower.

I never meet such a kind of property run by red Lion, first I didn’t ask a room for a person with disabilities second they gave a room noisy next to laundry room I am very upset, I asked for room change , but they refused.

The building and amenities are old and it shows. The bed and pillows were all hard and uncomfortable. Both the lamp shade in our room were falling apart. The walls were scuffed and dirty. The towel rack in the bathroom was rusty. The shower head was loose/leaking and was installed such that it rubs against the tile wall and has worn grooves into it. The floor bounced and creaked. The security door to access our building was stuck open, so anyone could come in. We woke up one morning to beer bottles strewn about in the hallway.
