Located on the ground floor, it comprises a lovely 30 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a shower room, and you can enjoy a private terrace of around 30 m² as well as a shared garden. Wi-Fi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: \- A 30 m² living room with TV, sofa bed (double) and dining area. \- An open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Nespresso pod coffee machine... \- A bedroom with a king-size bed (180×200). \- A bathroom with shower. \- Separate toilet. Outside: \- A 30 m² private south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days. \- A shared garden of approximately 800 m² with 4 residents, accessible from the terrace. For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha grill, ironing board and iron. The flat is ideally located in Vannes, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities: Come and discover and visit the town of Vannes, which has retained all its old-world charm with its ramparts and surroundings. \- Tourist sites: Carnac (the alignments, a prehistoric site), the Quiberon peninsula and its wild coast, Baden, Armor Baden, Auray, the port of Saint-Goustan, take a boat trip to the Île d'Arz and Île aux Moines from Vannes and Port Blanc... \- Sports activities: various water sports, hiking along the GR 34... \- Cultural visits: guided tour of Vannes, look out for the ermines and eyes drawn on the ground to show you the iconic sites.
